Undergraduate Industry Scholarships are available to students enrolled in a certificate, diploma or applied degree, to undertake work experience on a piggery or with a service company operating within the pork industry, i.e. Veterinarians, nutritionists, genetics companies, feed manufacturers and management consultants. APL provides Undergraduate Industry Scholarship holders with an allowance of AUD$350 per week for up to ten weeks, paid pro-rata based on the actual number of days worked. This allowance can be used to assist with travel, living expenses and salary support. APL would expect that the host organisation would contribute to covering the student’s costs.
